Everest Ltd Unit 11B South Quay Industrial Estate Douglas In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Mr Ollie Byrne Proposal: Registered Building Consent for the erection of a replacement conservatory (RB no 215 in association with 09/00996GB) at: Dunluce Ballure Road Ramsey Isle Of Man IM8 1NL which was considered on 9th September 2009, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below. Date of Issue: 11th September 2009 Murray House Mount Havelock Douglas
Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the erection of a replacement conservatory as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings REF 1, REF 2, REF 3, REF 4, REF 5, REF 6 and REF 7 all received on 9th June 2009.
- The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This decision notice is issued in accordance with Regulation 9(1) of the Registered Building Regulations 2005.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later. Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
If this determination is running concurrently with a planning application, the content of the registered building application is excluded from that consideration. If need be, an appeal against the determination of registered building consent must be made independently.
