In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the alteration to farm entrance as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings PD-001, PD-002, PD-003 and PD-004 all received on 10th June 2009.
- Within one month of the completion of the new access permitted by this planning approval, the set back grass banking to the west of the entrance is to be completed as indicated on drawing PD-003, similar in height to the existing. All planting (replacement hedgerow), seeding or turfing shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details in the next available planting and seeding seasons. Any tree or shrub which within a period of 5 years from the completion of the works, is removed, or becomes seriously damaged or
diseased shall be replaced in the next planting season with another similar size and species, unless the planning authority gives written consent to any variation.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

The proposed development must not be commenced until either;

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
