Further to a meeting of Laxey Village Commissioners on Wednesday 5th August 2009, I am directed to inform you that the Board recommends refusal of this application on the grounds stated below.
- The Board feels there is insufficient detail continued in the application, in particular with reference to the proposed finish and colour of the Harwood windows and requests this additional information is provided. This information has not been provided and therefore they feel that there is insufficient information to make an informed decision.
