Schedule Of Conditions:
- This approval relates to the additional use of conservatory for serving cream teas as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings $00793 / 1,00793 / 2$ and $00793 / 3$ all received on 12th May 2009.
- The tearoom shall operate between the following hours:-
Monday $\quad 1200$ hrs to 1700 hrs Tuesday $\quad 1200$ hrs to 1700 hrs Wednesday $\quad 1200$ hrs to 1700 hrs Thursday $\quad 1200$ hrs to 1700 hrs Friday $\quad 1200$ hrs to 1700 hrs Saturday $\quad 1200$ hrs to 1700 hrs Sunday $\quad 1200$ hrs to 1700 hrs
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
