Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the erection of walling and replacement of windows as shown and described in information and plan received on 3rd March, 2009.
- Nothwithstanding condition 2 above, all windows in the front elevation must be sliding sash, irrespective of frame material.
NOTE: The applicant is encouraged to consider the installation of windows which replicate the original six pane pattern of the windows with external glazing bars.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
