Name: Mr David Edward Hull Proposal: Installation of a satellite dish at: 88 Malew Street Castletown Isle Of Man IM9 1LS which was considered on 24th April 2009, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the installation of a black or grey 44 cm satellite dish attached to the chimney stack as shown in the photograph submitted with the application and received on 9th March, 2009.
No approval is granted to the installation of the dish on any part of the front wall of the property as this would be an incongruous and prominent feature on an otherwise traditionally styled and detailed building within Castletown's Conservation Area.
- No advertising matter may be displayed upon the dish.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
