Department Of Education Works Division Unit 15 Snugborough Trading Estate Union Mills Braddan IM4 4LH In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Department Of Education Works Division Proposal: Alterations and extension to provide office facilities at: Andreas School Andreas Village Isle Of Man IM7 4EZ which was considered on 26th March 2009, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.
Date of Issue: 1st April 2009 Murray House Mount Havelock Douglas
Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to drawing no.s 01,02 and 03 date stamped the 11th February 2009.
- There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
This decision was made by the Acting Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
