Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the conversion and extension to existing retail unit to form a flat as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings P01, P02 and P03 rev A received on 13th February 2009 and 18th June 2009.
- The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
