Conditional No ObjectionDelighted to see the proposal especially for the car park; however without spoiling the character of the locality and its roads may I please suggest that improved sight lines are needed at the exit onto the Creg Ny Baa Back Road.; The drainage ditch on the opposite side of the road also needs to be cleared out as in winter months it overflows and freezes providing an additional skid pan hazard for drivers heading east.; I hope some arrangement may be easily met without delaying the progress of the application.
