In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 19th February 2009, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the submitted drawings 00019/1, 80616 2001 and Grille Details date stamped on 8th January 2009, and a letter Mr C Chestnutt of 3D Interior dated 7th January 2009.
- This approval relates to the submitted letter from Mr C Chestnutt (agent) who has agreed that the grilles will match the will match the existing grilles (black) which was received on 8th January, 2009.
This decision was made by the Acting Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
