In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 19th February 2009, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the submitted drawings H/42/1, H/42/2 and H/42/3 all received on 14th January, 2009.
- The windows to be formed in the north west facing and south east facing elevations of the extension shall only be glazed or re-glazed with obscure glass.
- No facing and roofing materials shall be used other than materials similar to those used on the existing building.
This decision was made by the Acting Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
