Reference to planning application in principal 02/1874 @ appeal and reasons for refusal as noted.

"The application, as submitted, contains insufficient information to enable a rational decision to be taken as to whether the proposed dwelling would sit comfortably and naturally in its setting as required by circular 8/89"

New application:

The new detailed application consists of a topographical survey carried out by a specialist survey company indicating the position's trees and there spread around the open area of the site, levelled contours, positions of surrounding houses and ridge levels where appropriate.

Detailed floor plans, elevations and existing / proposed site plans.

We feel that information provided will now enable the planning department to come to the conclusion that the dwelling sits comfortably and naturally in its setting.
