Ballachrink Croft, Ballacorey Road, Bride. The Development Control Manager is requested to consider submissions made in relation to condition no. 5 of the above approved planning application. Condition no. 5 states: "Prior to the occupation of the dwelling, details of the driveway arrangements and materials to be used must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Department." The submission relating to the above condition comprises of a drawing detailing the extent of block paved driveway and details of bracken coloured pavilours. It is considered that this submission meets the requirements of the condition. I recommend that the submission is accepted as meeting the condition and the applicant is advised accordingly.
