Time limit
The development hereby approved shall be begun before the expiration of four years from the date of this decision notice. Reason: To comply with Article 26 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019 and to avoid the accumulation of unimplemented planning approvals.
Materials approval
The materials to be used in the construction of the development hereby approved shall be as stated on Drawing No 03 - Elevation unless details of alternatives are first submitted to and approved in writing by the Department. The development shall be constructed in accordance with the approved details. Reason: In the interests of the landscape character of the area.
Removal if disused
In the event that the composting toilet hereby approved is no longer required and is not used for a period exceeding 12 months it shall be removed from the site within 18 months of its last use and the ground restored to its former condition. Reason: The building has been exceptionally approved in the countryside and its subsequent retention would result in an unwarranted intrusion in the landscape.
