ObjectionI have driven passed the property today and see they have actually already started works to reform the premises even though planning has not been granted.; The business is actually already violating the terms of their currently planning as I believe it states that they have planning to open until midnight daily however the current opening hours are Sunday til Thursday 5 til 12.30am and Saturday & Sunday 5pm til 4.30am.; The current ventilation system is not working correctly and sounds like a jumbo jet about to take off.
