The statement comprises four parts:
- A copy of the Planning Officer's report, which assessed the proposal and recommended that the planning application be Refused. This was considered and accepted by the Planning Committee on the 13th January 2015 who Refused the application;
- A copy of the Minutes of the Planning Committee Meeting;
- A set of conditions in the event that the appointed Planning Inspector is minded to recommend that the application be approved.
