Environment Policy 35
ENV35 requires that within Conservation Areas, development must preserve or enhance the character or appearance of the Area and protect special features. The officer assessed the window replacements against this, finding them acceptable as they would improve upon the existing windows through better glazing sections matching original sash patterns, despite uPVC material and different opening method.
Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Approved drawings
This permission relates to the installation of top floor replacement windows to the front elevation as shown in drawings Ref 1, Ref 2, Ref 3 and Ref 4 received 18th January 2013.
