Please find appended below the Commissioners’ observations regarding the following planning application:

11/00035/B Alterations and extensions to dwelling, extension to domestic curtilage to provide new vehicular access and driveway. The Gatehouse, Ballaleigh Road, Kirk Michael, Isle of Man, IM6 1HJ. Applicant: Mr Gary Griffin.

OBJECTION

The Commissioners would like to object on the grounds, that the site has been over developed and it appears that the over fifty percent rule is being broken.
