Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the creation of additional parking as shown in drawing numbers IFG/IH/CP/Site1, IFG/IH/CP/Site2 and IFG/IH/CP/Site4 date stamped 11th August 2010, IFG/IH/CP/Site1A, IFG/IH/CP/Site3, and IFG/IH/CP/Site5 date stamped 12th August 2010, IFG/IH/CP/Site7 and IFG/IH/CP/Site8 date stamped 1st September 2010.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
