Thank you for your letter together with a copy of drawing number 0700/PL12 revision G which were considered at a meeting held on 16th September 2011.
I can advise that under the authority delegated by the Department to the Development Control Manager under Government Circular 09/09 (i), the Development Control Manager determined that drawing no 0700/PL12 rev. G would satisfy the requirements of Conditions 4, 7 and 10.
Please ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the submitted drawing.
