Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Approved drawings
This permission relates to the use of the unit as shown in drawings AT 652.3 Rev 4, AT 652.2 Rev 3 and the detailed floor plan all received on 9th August, 2010 as a fitness centre.
Operating hours
The use as a fitness centre may be operational only between the hours of 1800 hrs and 2100hrs Monday to Friday inclusive.
