Reason(S) For Refusal:
- The proposed alterations and extensions would cause demonstrable harm to the character and appearance of the existing building and as such would adversely affect the amenity of the surrounding area contrary to Strategic Policy 5 and General Policy 2 parts (b), (c) and (g) of the Strategic Plan.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
