Objection letter from nearby residents G & M Crossley-Meates regarding the revised position of House No 1 in planning application 10/00600/B, raising concerns over tree loss, overlook, and boundary wall height.
Key concern: unclear tree felling plans risking destruction of important copse
G & M Crossley-Meates
ObjectionOf the two positions for House No 1, we prefer the amended one with the house rotated and in the NE area of its Plot.; The proposed loss of trees from this important Copse is now far from clear.; We need at least, a 7ft high wall on the Developers side.
Conditions requested: clarify exactly which trees are to be felled using their tree numbering; move garage to northwest to preserve easternmost tree, or remove northern branches only; build north boundary wall on developer's side to at least 7ft high
