In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby REFUSE the following application made on behalf of:

Reason(S) For Refusal:
- The application site is not zoned for development and is within an Area of High Landscape or Coastal Value and Scenic Significance. Therefore the proposal is contrary to adopted policies which restrict such development in the countryside, including General Policy 3, Environment Policy 1 and Environment Policy 2 in the Isle of Man Strategic Plan 2007.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building Control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
