Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the installation of a smoking shelter as shown in drawing numbers 01, 02 and photographs date stamped 28th June 2010, Email from Gaynor Hodges of Steven Morley Chartered Surveyors dated 7th July 2010.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building Control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
