Planning Application
PA 10/00550/B – Erection of a replacement garage, 7 Mona Terrace, Castletown.
The Drainage Division of the Isle of Man Water and Sewerage Authority has assessed the above planning application and would like to submit the following comments to your Planning Committee.
No Objection subject to the following conditions:-
There must be NO discharge of surface water (directly or indirectly) from this proposed development to any foul drainage system(s) so as to comply with the requirements of the Isle of Man Water & Sewerage Authority, Drainage Division and the Sewerage Act 1999.
In the event that this application is approved I should be grateful if the above comments could be incorporated in the approval notice.
