Conservation Officer's Report on Discharge of Conditions
This is an application for Reserved Matters to discharge Condition 4 relating to Planning Application 10/00635/GB for the refurbishment and extension to dwelling, Greystones, Main Road, Kirk Michael (in association with 10/00636/CON). Condition 4 is as follows:
Prior to the commencement of works a sample of the slate to be used to re-roof the dwelling must be submitted to and approved in writing by the Planning Authority.
The applicant submitted samples of slates on site for approval on the 04th November 2010. A photograph of those samples is attached. The slate samples were considered acceptable and the photograph is sufficient evidence to discharge this condition.
The information offered by the applicant is considered to be sufficient to discharge Condition 4 relating to Planning Application 10/00635/GB.
