Maughold Parish Commissioners held a meeting to consider planning issues on Monday 1st March 2010. Please accept the following comments on the applications below:

10/00251/B Ballakilley Farmhgouse, Re-roofing and re-rendering works to dwelling; R E Quayle. The Commission have no concerns to raise with this application.

10/00295/B The Pink House, Maughold Village, Installation of replacement windows; AC Barnes. The Commission have no concerns to raise with this application.

10/00342/B Thie ny Cronk, Ballajora, installation of a solar panel; Mr Ian Thompson. The Commission have no concerns to raise with this application.

10/00349/B Plot adjoining Little Croft, The Colony, Approval in Principle for erection of a dwelling. Members considered this application and have initial concerns regarding sewage disposal and surface drainage. The Commission will comment further following consultation on these matters with the Planning Officer.

10/00373/B Ballavelt Cottage, Hibernia Rd, Alterations to dwelling; CJ & CR Powles. The Commission have no concerns to raise with this application.
