In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 8th June 2010, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the installation of replacement windows as tourist accommodation as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings LOC 1, PLAN 1, PLAN 2 and PLAN 3 received on 4th March 2010, 12th March 2010 and 12th May 2010.
- For the avoidance of doubt, all replacement windows are to be timber in material, with decorative horns and vertical bars as per existing windows.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
