In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 12th May 2010, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to drawing no.s 100 rev. 0, 111 rev. 2, 112 rev. 0, 113 rev. 0, 114 rev. 2 and 115 rev. 2 date stamped the 15th March 2010.
- Prior to the commencement of development a bat survey covering the building subject of this planning approval must be submitted to and agreed by the Planning Authority. Such survey must be prepared by appropriately qualified persons and include a schedule of any necessary mitigation measures required during the course of development. Thereafter, any agreed mitigation measures must be undertaken during the course of development.
- The roof(s) must be finished in dark natural slate.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Whichever is the later.
