Schedule Of Conditions:
- This permission relates to the use of the premises shown in drawings P-01 and P-02 both received on 5th February, 2010 as either tourist accommodation or permanent residential use.
- The use must be taken up within four years of the date of this notice in order for this approval to remain valid after that time.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
