Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry Forestry Division Hope Street St Johns IM4 3AS In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

Schedule Of Conditions:
- This approval relates to the creation of a temporary vehicular access and hard standing, Kion Slieu Plantation, Lhoobs Road, Eairy, Foxdale, Patrick as shown by MAP1, MAP2, MAP3, MAP4, Photographs 1-6 and Support Letter all received 12th February 2010.
- Within 12 months from the date of this approval, the temporary access, including any hardcore must be removed and the bank restored to match the bank either side of the access.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
