SolarTech Beach Croft Beach Road Port St Mary Isle of Man In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Mr Frank Crompton Proposal: Installation of a solar panel at: 3 Aspen Drive Ballawattleworth Peel Isle of Man IM5 1WS which was considered on 4th March 2010, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the installation of a solar panel, 3 Aspen Drive, Peel as shown by P006-01, P006-02 and P006-03 all received 25th January 2010.
- For the avoidance of doubt, the solar panel must be installed so as to be parallel with the angle of the roof.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building Control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
