Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the change of use of existing cottage from residential to tourist use, Ballagawne Farm, Kirk Michael as shown by 1859/09/01 and 1859/09/15 received 29th January 2010.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
