Thank you for your letter dated 9th November 2007.
Whilst the 2002 planning application did not clearly include the mention of a 'roof terrace' within the proposal, its appearance on the approved plans does establish and recognise its presence.
Accordingly I can advise that approval can be assumed with access onto the said terrace from the first floor single door. There is no external stairs or steps agreed or approved by the application.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
