At their meeting on 16 April Port St Mary Commissioners considered the following planning applications, please see their opinions below:

PA14/00380/B - no objections PA14/00383/B - no objections PA14/00391/B - no objections

PA14/00357/A - The Board noted that in the planning statement book, the architects state the required 25% of affordable housing will met, but on the plans it is unclear where and what these houses will be. They would be grateful for clarification on this point.

The Board also wish to point out that historically the area is prone to flooding and wish to highlight this risk.

PA14/0040/B - The Commissioners wish to reiterate their previous objection to the use of their car park as a means to meet parking requirements, to date they have not been approached by the developer.
