Conservation Officer's Report on Discharge of Conditions
This is an application to discharge Condition 2 relating to application 14/00359/CON Registered Building Consent for the installation of re-claimed slate to roof of dwelling including new flat roofs on two existing dormer windows (RB no 151 in association with 14/00358/GB). Condition 2 is as follows:
No development shall commence until a sample of all roofing materials to be used has been provided on site and approved in writing by the Planning Authority. The approved sample(s) shall be kept on site for reference until the development is completed. The development shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved details.
A number of sample slates were considered on site on 20th October 2014, all of which were considered acceptable and sufficient to discharge this condition.
