In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Keldevelopements Limited, Ref 25/90479/MCH, for the Minor Change to 21/00995/B - front boundary walls to be horizontal and not sloped to follow pavement line, gate openings widened at 6-8 Derby Square Douglas Isle Of Man IM1 3LS .

Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below.

This decision hereby approved relates to drawings and documents submitted to the Department titled: APPLICATION FORM, LOCATION PLAN, SITE PLAN, COVER LETTER DRAWING LIST, APPROVED AND PROPOSED ELEVATIONS, and APPROVED AND PROPOSED PLANS, allmrecorded as being electronically received on 12th May 2025.
