In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by MR O. QUAYE & MR A. QUAYE, Ref 24/10107/AIR, for the Information in relation to condition 5 for PA 23/00885/B - Drainage plans for Plot Adjacent to 28 Clifton Drive, Ramsey. at Plot Adj To 28 Clifton Drive Ramsey Isle Of Man .

Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below.

This decision is in relation to the STRUCTURAL CALCULATIONS document submitted on the 15.10.2024 AX0380-01 REV B FOUNDATION, RETAINING WALL AND DRAINAGE PLAN_CLIFTON DRIVE plan submitted on the 13.11.2024.

NOTE The approved documents are deemed sufficient and would be considered satisfactory for planning condition 5 of application 23/00885/B with the understanding that the development shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved details.
