In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Ian And Florida Clements, Ref 24/10112/AIR, for the Information in relation to condition 3 of PA 22/00834/B for details outlining the Construction Management Plan (CMP) at Orrysdale Four Roads Port St Mary Isle Of Man IM9 5LH .

Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decision hereby approved relates to document titled: Application Form with CMP Details, recorded as being electronically received on 23.10.2024

NOTE In this instance of the submitted Construction Management Plan and after consultation with the case officer confirming that they are happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning condition 3 of application 22/00834/B, under the understanding that the development shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved details.
