In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Tim Goodliffe, Ref 24/10096/AIR, for the Information in relation to condition 3 for PA 24/00025/B. Bird and Bat surveys for 4 Christian Street, Ramsey. at 4 Christian Street Ramsey Isle Of Man IM8 1DG .

- o 4 Christian Street - Bat Study 12 Sep 2024 Submitted on the 12.09.2024. NOTE The Ecopolicy Officer has recommended 2 swift bricks/ boxes are installed, high up
- on a North to North-easterly elevation, ideally not above windows or doors as a replacement for any postential habitats lost.
NOTE The submitted information would be considered satisfactory for planning condition 3 of application 24/00025/B with the understanding that the development shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved details.
