In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Hartford Homes, Ref 24/10097/AIR, for the Information in relation to condition 33 for PA 22/00675/B - Programme of archaeological works at Fields And Part Fields 524202, 524978, 524930, 524765, 524224, 524225 & 524226 Land East Of Braddan Road Braddan. at Field 524202 Peel Road Douglas Isle Of Man IM2 2RA .
Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decision is in relation to following submitted documents:

- o LICENCE - Peel Road Braddan S-23 September 2024 Submitted on the 18/09/2024.
NOTE The submitted documents would be considered satisfactory for planning condition 33 of application 22/00675/B with the understanding that the archaeological site work shall thereafter be implemented in full in accordance with the approved scheme.
