TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Miss Zoe Collister, Ref 24/10103/AIR, for the Information in relation to condition 3 of PA 24/00305/C for details regarding a waste storage and disposal plan at Units 6 - 7 Parville Court Balthane Industrial Estate Balthane .

Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decision hereby approved relates to documents submitted to the Department on 25.09.2024, titled: Application Form and Disposal Plan.

NOTE In this instance of the submitted documentation and after consultation with the case officer from the original application, who has confirmed is happy with the information provided, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning condition 3 of application 24/00305/C, under the understanding that the development shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved information.
