The driveway is front of the garage. It is less than 6m long and its use is likely to result. A vehicle overhanging the shared surface highway on a bend contrary to the interests of highway safety. The application fails to meet the standard of 2 off road parking spaces for a dwelling.
If the application is approved then the garage should be retained for use as vehicle storage.
