In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr & Mrs Steve And Georgina Curphey, Ref 24/10081/AIR, for the Information in relation to condition 3 of PA 24/00307/B - Mitigation planting plan for Fo Ghlion, Ballaugh. at Fo Ghlion Ballamoar Lane Ballaugh Isle Of Man IM7 5EE .

NOTE The submitted information would be considered satisfactory for the planning condition 3 of application 24/00307/B with the understanding that the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details and retained thereafter.
