TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr And Mrs Steve And Georgina Curphey, Ref 24/10091/AIR, for the Information in relation to condition 4 of PA 24/00307/B for materials and finishes to be implemented at Fo Ghlion Ballamoar Lane Ballaugh Isle Of Man IM7 5EE .

This decision hereby approved relates to drawings and documents submitted to the Department titled: 2305 004 SITE PRO and Proposal, recorded as being electronically received on 29th August 2024, as well as document titled 'additional information Permeable Gravel' recorded as being received on 11th September 2024.

NOTE In this instance of the submitted drawings and documentation provided, and after consultation with the Case Officer from the original application, who is happy with the level of detail, are deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory to meet the planning condition 4 of application 24/00307/B, on the understanding that the development shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved details.
