In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr Roger Deverill, Ref 24/00772/MCH, for the Minor Changes Application to PA 23/00551/B increase size of garage doors at Grand View Bride Road Bride Isle Of Man IM7 4AD .

Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decision is in relation to the submitted:

• o Covering Letter.
• o Plan as Existing.
• o Proposed Garage Extension. Submitted on the 04.07.2024. NOTE This approval only relates to the following:
• o An increase to the width of the garage doors of the extension from 3 meters to 4 meters.
