TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr Paul Brew, Ref 25/10080/AIR, for the Information in relation to condition 7 of PA 24/00653/B providing details for the birdshade protection for the glass ballustrades to prevent birdstrike at Bayqueen Hotel The Promenade Port St Mary Isle Of Man .

This decision hereby approved relates to documents submitted to the Department titled: APPLICATION FORM and DATASHEET_BIRDSHADES1.0, recorded as being electronically received by the Department on 19.06.2025

NOTE In this instance of the submitted documentation and after consultation with the relevant Department confirming that they are happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning condition 7 of application 24/00653/B , under the understanding that the development shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved details.
