TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by KelDevelopments, Ref 24/10073/AIR, for the Information in Relation to Condition 4 of PA 22/01485/B giving details of the 'Timetable Scheme' for the provision of the Public Open Space areas at Part Of Field No. 121388 And Former Dale Nurseries Oatlands Road Andreas Isle Of Man .

Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below.

This decision hereby approved relates to documents submitted to the Department on 24th July 2024 titled: Oatlands Road Phasing Plan - Rev (-) 29th February 2024 and an update application form with additional details provided, recorded as being received 11.09.2024

NOTE In this instance of the submitted drawings and documentation and after consultation with the case officer, Mr Chris Balmer, who is happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning condition 4 of application 20/01485/B, under the understanding that the development shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved details.
