TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr Sebastian Perez, Ref 24/10071/AIR, for the Information in relation to Condition 5 of PA 23/01006/B giving details of the materials and finishes to be implemented at Land Between Glas Choille & Winston Glen Auldyn Lezayre Isle Of Man .

Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below.

This decision hereby approved relates to documents submitted to the Department on 24.07.2024 titled: Application form and 'Details of materials and finishes to be implemented'.

NOTE In this instance of the documents submitted in relation to the materials and finishes to be used externally, and after consultation with the recommending case officer, who is happy with the level of detail and the material samples shown, they are deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and are considered satisfactory to meet the requirements of planning condition 5 of application 23/01006/B, on the understanding that the development shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved details.
